MSPIL E-CANE

A mobile application developed for the management team of Mahakaushal Sugar & Power Industries Limited. App includes login for different roles.

Management:

• Live weighment can be seen by mobile app

• Which farmer is standing at token counter, who is at gross counter and who is at tare counter. This all can be seen on mobile screen.

• Live updates of Indent no. at token counter.

• Cane arrival updates on hourly basis.

• Gross & Tare weighment updates on hourly basis.

• Stats of total yard balance, total crushing and total weighment.

• Daily summary can be viewed on mobile app.

• Live streaming can be viewed on mobile app. Management can see the live streaming of sugar mill on mobile app.

• How much cane have arrived today. How many token slips is been generated in a day, how many gross slips have been generated in a day can be seen on mobile screen.

• Expected cane to be arrived and actual cane arrived data can be seen on mobile screen.

• Total crushing of the day can be seen of app.

Cane manager:

• Cane manager can view the total token generated daily/hourly.

• Cane manager can verify the cane arrived.

• Cane manager can verify whether the cane is burnt or not. Hence, he marks the burnt cane in mobile app and submit the burnt cane report.

• Cane manager can view the waiting list of vehicles for verification.

EDP:

• This role has the right to cancel token, bypass token.

• Edit/ update farmer details.

• Rights to Cancel RFID.

• Edit/update in burnt cane deductions.

• Edit/update in token process.

• Changing harvester and their details also

• Changing transporter and their details also.

•อ้อยมาถึงเท่าไหร่ในวันนี้ มีการสร้างโทเค็นสลิปกี่ครั้งในหนึ่งวันสามารถสร้างสลิปรวมทั้งหมดได้ในหนึ่งวันบนหน้าจอมือถือ

•อ้อยที่คาดว่าจะมาถึงและข้อมูลอ้อยที่แท้จริงมาสามารถเห็นได้บนหน้าจอมือถือ

•สามารถดูแอปทั้งหมดของวันได้

ผู้จัดการอ้อย:

•ผู้จัดการอ้อยสามารถดูโทเค็นทั้งหมดที่สร้างขึ้นทุกวัน / ชั่วโมง

•ผู้จัดการอ้อยสามารถตรวจสอบอ้อยมาถึง

•ผู้จัดการอ้อยสามารถตรวจสอบว่าอ้อยถูกเผาไหม้หรือไม่ ดังนั้นเขาจึงทำเครื่องหมายอ้อยไหม้ในแอพมือถือและส่งรายงานอ้อยเผา

•ผู้จัดการอ้อยสามารถดูรายการยานพาหนะรอการตรวจสอบ
